This experimental setup comprises of an axle mounted on bearings. A horizontal shaft is attached to the axle and adjustable masses can be attached to the shafts varyng the angular momentum. Torque is applied by a series of weights attached with the help of a thread. Angular motion is measured and quantified by a photogate. The Photogate is connected to the user supplied PC with a Physlogger.
